The position focuses on delivering imported vehicle parts as part of the expanding Altrom team at NAPA Auto Parts. You will verify orders, load and unload parts, and engage with customers to provide excellent service. This role requires a commitment to effective communication and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver parts and accessories to customers on time
• Verify the accuracy of each order before delivery
• Load and unload vehicle parts with care
• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license is essential
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Exceptional customer service skills needed
• Strong communication skills required
• Previous delivery or related experience preferred
