Responsibilities Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in all tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures. Requirements Work up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age 18 years. Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience required.
