The ideal candidate will assess the current data landscape, define the As-Is and To-Be state, and design practical solutions and roadmaps that enhance automation, integration, and reporting capabilities across the organization. This is a hands‑on, delivery-focused role—ideal for someone who can architect, engineer, and optimize modern data ecosystems end‑to‑end. Key Responsibilities Assess existing data platforms, pipelines, and reporting processes to define As-Is and To-Be architectures. Design and implement scalable data frameworks and roadmaps supporting analytics and automation. Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations using SQL, Informatica, and related tools. Drive automation and process optimization to improve data reliability and performance. Enable and enhance self‑service analytics and visualization with Power BI and/or Tableau. Collaborate with stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals. Improve data flow (“openflows”) and ensure transparency across systems. Required Experience 7+ years of experience in Data Architecture and Data Engineering roles. Strong skills in SQL, Informatica, and modern ETL / data integration tools. Proven ability to define and implement data roadmaps and modernize legacy environments. Hands‑on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboards and reporting. Demonstrated success in driving automation and data lifecycle optimization. Nice to have Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience in metadata management, data governance, or data quality frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, or DataOps practices for pipeline automation.
