Consultant ServiceNow Lead Developer Integration SME

Job Description ServiceNow Lead Developer (Integration SME) with deep expertise in ServiceNow modules and third‑party system integrations. Skilled in designing and delivering technical solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD and ITAM. Location / Relocation Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON (Canada) or be willing to relocate to the area. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may replace each year of education. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Key Responsibilities Deep hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development with Script Includes, Business Rules, ACLs, Data and UI Policies, Data import activities. Proven experience in ServiceNow integration solutions using Integrations (REST/SOAP), IntegrationHub Flow Designer and custom scripts. Hands‑on experience with integration of external systems like MS AD, SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS, Jira. Work across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD and ITAM. Gather requirements and translate them into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain integration documentation and interface specifications. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact. Participate in customer‑facing roles and contribute to technical solution design. Qualifications ServiceNow Certifications – Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CIS‑ITSM. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server configurations. Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2, Basic Auth). Experience with ServiceNow Spokes and custom connector development. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Additional Requirements The role requires extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. The candidate should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
