Summary Working as a Software Engineer at Delinea means being a part of a highly capable, collaborative, and agile development team. Delinea is creating software used by thousands of IT professionals all over the globe. This position will be hybrid out of the Lehi, UT office and reports to the Software Development Team Lead. What You’ll Do Be a fully contributing member of a Delinea sprint team Work on full stack Delinea Platform services for both cloud-hosted and on-premises applications Contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from architecture to design to development Promote secure development practices with awareness and application of OWASP principles Leverage modern AI tools and approaches where appropriate to increase development efficiency and improve product intelligence Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and peers What You'll Need Bachelor\'s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a focus on C#, .NET Core, MS SQL and web application technologies Strong design skills and full software development lifecycle experience Experience working with large volumes of data Experience with a microservice ecosystem and other service-to-service integrations Experience with modern single page applications and multi-frontend frameworks like webpack module federation (WMF) Experience leveraging REST APIs and SOAP web services Strong understanding of object-oriented principles, the .NET framework Experience with developing and hosting SaaS and/or cloud-based applications Experience with large codebases and unit testing (mock frameworks, automation testing) Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a globally distributed team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Familiarity with secure coding standards and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities Willingness to learn and apply AI-based tooling to modern development workflows Demonstrated ability to mentor or support others on the team We\'d Love To See Ability to quickly read and understand both new code and existing code Passionate about writing quality code and continually honing development skills Experience with Agile software development methodologies Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD) Experience with APMs such as Datadog Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Why work at Delinea?
