Location: Must reside in Greater Vancouver Area (Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, etc.) Salary: $82,000–$112,000 CAD + commission About SIGA SIGA is a global leader in high-performance, toxin-free building envelope solutions. Our mission: zero energy loss buildings. We help the construction industry build healthy, durable structures that reduce climate impact. What You’ll Do Manage and grow your sales territory in the Greater Vancouver Area. Provide technical consulting and hands-on product training to customers on-site and in workshops. Build strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and builders across mass timber, multi-family, commercial, and single-family projects. Collaborate with influencers—architects, spec writers, and engineers—to ensure SIGA products are specified in project designs. Drive sales growth through project acquisition, customer retention, and consultative technical advice. Organize and participate in customer events, trade shows, and training academies. Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, order placement, installation training, and after-sales service. Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience in technical sales or construction-related roles. Strong technical background in construction, building science, or energy-efficient design. Proven ability to consult and train customers on-site. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; comfortable with digital tools. Willingness to travel up to 80% within the region; valid driver’s license and passport required. Must reside in Greater Vancouver Area. Why join SIGA?
