Affinity is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Lead to manage QA activities within the eCRM initiative. With a focus on delivering quality software, you will lead by example and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. This role demands strong experience in both manual and automated testing, ensuring that software solutions comply with the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary Quality Assurance Lead for software delivery
• Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders
• Monitor and resolve defects, issues, and variances
• Provide User Acceptance Testing guidance and support
• Design and maintain both automated and manual testing processes
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in Quality Assurance and Lead roles
• Experience with automated testing in C#/.NET Core and NUnit
• Proven track record with REST/SOAP web APIs
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps Test Manager
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Proactively shape quality assurance practices while ensuring software excellence at Affinity.
