Lead store operations through customer service and sales while supporting lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear shoppers. This is a permanent, full-time position.
As a Key Holder, you will advise customers, maximize sales potential, and open or close the store. Previous sales experience, product enthusiasm, and customer-focused listening are central to the work. You will explain quality, materials, and technical features while recommending suitable products. The position also involves managing the sales floor when managers are absent and applying head-office policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and identify their shopping needs
- Explain product quality, materials, and technical features
- Support customers in fitting rooms and suggest products
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Open, close, and manage the sales floor
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience
- Interest in lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear
- Proactive and conscientious approach
- Availability for holidays and longer busy-period hours
- Functional bilingualism is an asset
