In this position, you will assist clients in learning all about our amazing lineup Along the way, your stellar attitude and customer service skills will help secure customers for life You must possess (at minimum) a valid M2 license to apply for this position. Job Responsibilities Full-time Client Care Representative role Passionate about the Motorrad brand and very knowledgeable on our products Must be able to Understand and implement our dealership process Present and demonstrate inventory Review, update and manage daily inventory reports Organize and execute company events Frequent social media posts promoting products, services and events Create and execute strategies for increasing market share Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software considered an asset Education and/or Experience Prior retail sales experience is required Product education, and prior sales management training are a PLUS Compensation Aggressive compensation program complete with paid company benefits.
