At COBS Bread, Bakers play an essential role in producing quality baked goods daily. You'll begin shifts early, preparing recipes and contributing to a clean and friendly bakery atmosphere. Prior experience is less important than your enthusiasm and commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bake a variety of artisanal breads and treats every morning
• Collaborate with team members to ensure product freshness
• Read recipes and accurately measure ingredients
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the bakery
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service
Requirements:
• Willingness to work flexible, early morning hours
• Great organizational and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to different baking stations
• Experience in a similar bakery setting is a plus
• Certificates in food safety are advantageous
