Responsibilities: Hire, coach, and train the project managers reporting to this role. Core Competencies: Proven experience in leading organizational change within large enterprises. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Clear, strategic thinking with an ability to grasp the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail.* Executive presence.* Proficient in project management tools.* Strong understanding of software development practices.* Skilled in data analysis.* Experienced with enterprise system design, particularly cloud-based solutions.*Education Requirements:** Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.* Advanced business degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.*Experience:** +15 years of experience in large-scale product development, project, and program management.Ability to lead through influence. Technical Skills: Supervisory Skills: Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to mentor, motivate, and guide high-performing teams. Experience working with globally distributed teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.Strong ability to define and execute business strategy, manage financials, and drive operational excellence.
