As a Senior Associate Immigration Attorney, you will play a critical role in advising corporate clients, developing immigration strategies, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Your Role & Impact As a U.S. Immigration Attorney (Senior Associate Level), you will: Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications. Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations. Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience. Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and showcasing Vialto Law’s commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation. Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and uphold ethical legal practices. What You Bring To The Team We are looking for an analytical, tech-savvy, and client-focused immigration attorney with: Bar Admission: Licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia. Experience: 4+ years of business immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications. Technology-Driven Mindset: Interest in digital upskilling and technology innovation.
