As a Valuation Expert, you will coordinate the delivery process, manage client relationships, and oversee administrative tasks associated with valuations. Your role requires you to review market data, apply USPAP guidelines, and initiate valuation processes across various asset classes. You will also support training for analysts, enhancing their knowledge of valuation assumptions and property types.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate the valuation delivery process
• Engage with clients and third parties for timely communication
• Review market data and ensure compliance with USPAP
• Oversee the training and mentorship of analysts
• Initiate end-to-end valuations for diverse property types
Requirements:
• Experience with complex property valuation processes
• Strong knowledge of USPAP and market analysis
• Ability to mentor and support less experienced analysts
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in managing multiple valuation projects
