The SAP Ariba Functional Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing the Supply Chain and Procurement processes by leveraging SAP Ariba solutions and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA. Key responsibilities include understanding current IS applications, collaborating with business clients to gather requirements, designing and implementing sustainable solutions, and providing deep domain knowledge in Supply Chain and Procurement.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of current IS applications at CLIENT for Supply Chain and Procurement.
  • Maintain and support existing CLIENT applications including SAP ECC 6.0, SAP Ariba Suite, and S/4HANA.
  • Collaborate with business clients to understand requirements and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and implement sustainable solutions and enhancements aligned with best business practices and IS architectural standards.
  • Provide expert domain knowledge in Supply Chain and Procurement, understanding end-to-end business processes and integration points for Source-to-Pay.
  • Act as a liaison between technical, functional, architecture, and business teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Work closely with Information Systems (IS) PMO and Change Management teams to configure, test, and document system improvements in accordance with project delivery standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce/Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP operations support and project delivery.
  • At least 4 years' experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP Ariba solutions, covering areas such as Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Performance, Contracts, and Invoice Management.
  • Ideally, 2 or more full project implementation lifecycles with SAP technology.
  • Strong implementation and support experience in SAP Materials Management (Source-to-Pay, Inventory Management) and integration with other SAP modules (PM, PP, QM, FICO, Basis, and Security).
  • Hands-on experience as an Ariba Customer Administrator, with strong techno-functional expertise in ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile approaches.
  • Some technical experience in ABAP programming/debugging, LSMW, Fiori development, and reporting tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred.
