As a key member of Sally Beauty’s team, you’ll work as a Sales Associate focused on cultivating relationships with beauty lovers. Your expertise will support customers in selecting the perfect products for hair, skin, and nails. With training provided, you will play a crucial role in brand representation and customer education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create loyalty by building relationships with customers
• Inform customers of current promotions and options
• Arrange product displays and highlight sales effectively
• Ensure professional store standards while managing inventory
• Accurately complete customer transactions
Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and tolerate varying conditions
• Capability to engage with customers in a retail environment
• Commitment to upholding Sally Beauty’s cultural values
• Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
