Protect residents and property as a Residential Security Concierge with FirstService Residential across Toronto and surrounding Ontario communities. Use customer service and access control skills onsite.
This onsite position supports contracted residential properties in Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oshawa, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, and Mississauga. You will answer inquiries, manage messages, coordinate authorized vendor access, and maintain confidential information. The work also includes patrols, emergency response, documentation, and enforcing applicable rules and laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer resident questions and provide directions or instructions
- Schedule authorized vendors accessing residential units
- Patrol buildings, parking areas, and property perimeters
- Respond to emergencies and fire alarms
- Complete occurrence logs and incident reports
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security License
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Availability for evenings, holidays, and some weekends
