The successful candidate must be available to work Tuesday to Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide excellent customer service to ensure internal and external customer needs are met while providing a memorable customer experience.* Accurately identify and order parts for vehicle repairs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure timely and accurate parts deliveries.* Utilize various channels, including phone, online platforms, and other computer program(s) to place orders efficiently.* Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy, guaranteeing they meet our standards.* Ensure timely distribution of parts in alignment with the identified standards.* Monitor and manage inventory, create purchase orders, and handle invoices with precision.* Keep our parts department and shop organized, clean, and well-stocked.**Qualifications:*** Minimum one year of experience in a retail or wholesale parts department.
