Help RONA customers bring projects to life through building materials expertise, accurate invoice checks, and safe product loading.
This Lumber Yard Team Member supports customers seeking lumber and building materials. The work combines expert assistance with department upkeep, including stock organization, truck unloading, and price labelling. Candidates should be able to lift 25 pounds, while building materials knowledge is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with lumber and building material needs
- Offer expert advice and assistance throughout purchases
- Verify invoices and supplied products for accuracy
- Maintain pallets, stock, cleanliness, and price labels
- Perform Yard opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Building materials knowledge considered an asset
- Ability to load products safely and efficiently
- Ability to maintain safe customer and employee areas
Use building materials knowledge, customer service, and careful product verification to support RONA’s lumber department operations.
