CHANEL Counter Manager Location: CHANEL Counter located at Shoppers Drug Mart, Toronto (Yonge & Carlton) Reports to: Territory Manager Contract: Full-time (30 hours) and temporary month-to-month contracts (1 month temporary replacement at this time). Your role @Chanel: As a Counter Manager, you will embody the values of the Brand by creating a unique and personal one-to-one client experience in-store. What impact you can create at Chanel: You will generate maximum sales volume while providing superior client service and relate to customer needs ensuring repeat sales and loyal customers. What you will bring to the role: Provide superior client service by demonstrating interest, courtesy, and sincerity. Extend exceptional client care to every customer through consultations. Use selling skills that relate to customer needs. Achieve sales goals planned for the year for your Fragrance & Beauty account. Increase customer base and build business for the future. Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication. You are energised by: Providing the Chanel ultimate luxury client experience. Achieving sales plan.
