As a People Experience Advisor you will balance employee interests with business goals, partner with managers to drive strategic growth, coach them on talent, engagement and change management, and collaborate with senior HR leaders to interpret business requirements. Responsibilities Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on global and local policy and change initiatives. Collaborate with function leads and middle managers to create and deliver functional priorities and plans, providing strategic guidance. Leverage data analytics to drive business solutions, operational processes, and actionable plans impacting the bottom line. Lead and advise on talent management practices: workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning, and talent mobility; approve job requisitions. Build end-to-end capabilities to accelerate consumer‑centric growth and operational excellence. Manage works council relations and advise HR to ensure compliance with labor policies and agreements. Deliver on employee moments of truth through the employment lifecycle, ensuring policies, compensation, and change management are aligned with local law. Continuously improve the employee centre: knowledge articles, process simplification, and technology integration. Resolve escalations with shared service center and provide local expertise. Co‑operate with immigration counsel and global mobility on work permits and compliance for inbound travelers to Canada. Support the Annual Sales Incentive Program calculation process and in‑store visits with sales reps. Co‑owner of the Canada People Experience communications strategy, managing the annual calendar and communications. Deliver orientation sessions to new hires, ensuring smooth induction. Use data analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement and transformation. Support reorganizations in partnership with people leads and external partners. Qualifications HR leader with curiosity, insight orientation, and external perspective on people and business performance. Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations, ideally within FMCG/CPG, with increasing responsibility. Strong partnership skills with function leaders. Proven ability to design and lead complex transformation change initiatives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influence skills at all organization levels. Future‑focused mindset, anticipating new opportunities and market trends. Job Specific Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Human Resources Generalist experience. Experience in High Performing Work Systems and Lean Six Sigma environment (asset). Leadership skills to uphold policy, provide actionable feedback, and support managers. Immigration experience. Continuous improvement skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Travel 5% to 10% travel required within GTA. Compensation The expected base salary range for this position is CAD $84,500.00 to CAD $105,650.00, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. The position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with an 8% target and potential for over‑achievement.
