In this part-time position at Sienna, you will play a critical role within the Long Term Care team. Your responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities while promoting their comfort and dignity. Engage in an enriching environment where you can make a significant impact through compassionate care and personal connection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Aid residents with communication and sensory aid usage
• Administer prescribed medications under supervision when trained
• Ensure easy access to mobility and assistive devices
• Provide cognitive and emotional support to enhance well-being
Requirements:
• Completed Personal Support Worker program from an approved institution
• Compassionate demeanor dedicated to senior care
• Detail-oriented with care administration skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with tact and diplomacy
• Eligibility to work legally in Canada
