Manager - Infrastructure Advisory Colliers Project Leaders | Canada Overview At Colliers Project Leaders, we deliver capital project solutions across the built environment. Our Infrastructure Advisory team advises governments and businesses on complex capital projects, ensuring successful delivery within constrained budgets. Responsibilities Lead drafting of financial reports, business cases and procurement analyses. Coordinate preparation of proposals for multiple concurrent projects. Oversee development and review of complex financial models. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and community consultation activities. Participate in strategic planning, granting and financial structuring of capital projects. Advise clients on best practices in capital and infrastructure project management. Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in advisory role consulting to public and private sector clients. Strong presentation, stakeholder facilitation, business case and report writing skills. Proven financial analysis and modelling skills (project finance discounted cash flow). Knowledge of delivery methodologies (DBB, DB, CM, PDB, P3) and procurement processes. Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills. High level of critical thinking and problem solving skills. Good understanding of capital asset development and redevelopment financial information. MBA or Master’s degree a plus. CAPM/PMP, Lean/Six Sigma or Government of Canada security screening a plus. Salary Approximate Salary Range for Role: $90,000 to $120,000.
