POSITION DESCRIPTION: Located in the heart of the new Solar district in Brossard, Jazz Brossard is happy to welcome a golden clientele, autonomous or losing their autonomy. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home.

Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, day and weekends.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

All other related tasks

Assist residents with any deficiencies related to services provided by the residence

Be available to respond to emergencies

Change light bulbs in the common areas

Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior

Make service calls

Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs

Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset

A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)

Good team player

Good communication
