Deliver exceptional customer service at Midtown Mall as a seasonal Guest Services Representative supporting patrons, tenants, and mall services. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
Reporting to the Guest Services Supervisor, this part-time position supports the Guest Services Pop-Up Desk. You will provide knowledgeable property assistance, manage gift card sales, and support customer communications. The work includes opening and closing duties, promotions, events, retailer information, and online inquiries. Experience in customer service is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patrons with available mall services and property offerings
- Sell gift cards and complete deposits, logs, and reports
- Respond to email, in-person, and social media inquiries
- Support promotions, events, retailer updates, and marketing projects
- Maintain organized workspaces, supplies, inventory, and directory information
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma
- One year of customer service experience is an asset
- Comfort handling large amounts of cash
- Microsoft Office and social media computer skills
- Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Use customer service, communication, cash-handling, and social media skills to support Midtown Mall guests and retailers.
