Employer Industry: Cybersecurity and AI Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, plus bonus Generous health plan with enhanced mental health resources and programs Professional development opportunities with education reimbursement up to $2,underscore;000 annually Flexible sick and personal days for all employees Opportunity to work in a remote‑first environment with minimal office presence Supportive and collaborative culture that values employee contributions and recognizes achievements What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage and maintain small‑scale accounts while supporting the Client Experience Manager Ensure efficient turnaround times for Statements of Work, Product and Service Orders, and change requests Facilitate regular communication with clients regarding product and service renewals Optimize process efficiencies using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint to enhance sales operations Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts What is Required (Qualifications): 2–3 years of experience supporting sales operations within a services organization, preferably in cybersecurity or software resale Strong aptitude for systems and processes, with familiarity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact directly with clients Ability to manage expectations and communicate confidently with senior chuided stakeholders Passion for cybersecurity and commitment to the employer’s mission How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with Business Central, Concur, and PowerBI would be an asset Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment Sound financial knowledge for deal management and reporting #Cybersecurity #SalesOperations #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #EmployeeBenefits We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
