Support plastic manufacturing through machine assistance and material transport in an on-site Labourer position requiring French. Physical work is central.
This Labourer position supports machine operators and assemblers during the manufacturing process. Work takes place at the physical location, with no remote option. Candidates need French, seven months to less than one year of experience, and no degree, certificate, or diploma. The work includes transporting materials and tools between work areas. The employer offers on-the-job training tailored to youth, along with mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities. The position is physically demanding and suited to applicants comfortable supporting production activities on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist machine operators during the manufacturing process
- Support assemblers with production activities
- Transport materials between designated work areas
- Move tools to and from work areas
Requirements:
- French language ability
- Seven months to less than one year of experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Availability for on-site work without remote options
