Total Health Management Senior Consultant Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada At MMC, we are dedicated to building a diverse and high‑performing workforce. We are looking for an experienced Total Health Management Senior Consultant to join Mercer’s Total Health Management (THM) Consulting team. This hybrid role requires working in the office at least three days a week and will be based in one of our Western Canada Mercer offices. Responsibilities Develop client relationships and support across Canada, focusing on Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan) in collaboration with regional and national Mercer teams. Lead and participate in projects locally and nationally. Participate in vendor meetings to provide market perspective and support client program requirements and service‑level needs. Manage project workloads, assignments, pricing and execution. Provide consulting support to Health and Benefits teams and Mercer Health clients. Develop and grow business opportunities for THM. Deliver thought leadership in client and public‑facing settings. Enhance and improve tools, insights and products. Mentor and coach Total Health Management colleagues, collaborating to inspire teamwork. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred in a health or social sciences related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in disability management (mandatory), wellbeing, health promotion, occupational health, or human resources. Expert knowledge across disability management, wellbeing programs, EFAP, HR programs and policies. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment. Capability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives, working independently and as part of a team. Available to travel as needed. What makes you stand out Bilingual (English/French) business skills. Experience and/or strong knowledge in business development (B2B). Prior consulting experience. Employment type: Full‑time. Base salary range: $118,000 to $195,500. Additional performance‑based incentives may apply.
