You should be detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A proactive and adaptable approach, combined with strong communication skills, will ensure your success in this role. Your ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work will be crucial.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of steam turbines and turbomachinery design, analysis, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, CFD).
