Deliver welcoming customer service as an Apparel Clerk at Real Canadian Superstore while keeping products available, displays organized, and shoppers supported.
Store Team Members help create positive in-store shopping experiences through stocked shelves, accurate product scanning, and courteous conversations. This Apparel Clerk position welcomes candidates without previous experience and provides training for success. You will support product displays, promotions, inventory needs, department cleanliness, and health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and respond to customer needs
- Maintain and stock apparel displays and shelves
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and set up promotions
- Keep department areas neat and safe
Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training is provided
- Attention to detail and collaborative approach
- Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
