This role involves working closely with senior team members and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates across Canada. You will focus on administrative excellence, candidate sourcing, and building strong relationships to support our diverse staffing needs**Key Responsibilities**************1. Recruitment Support:***** Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.* Draft and update job descriptions to reflect accurate and engaging information about open roles.****2. Candidate Sourcing and Interview Coordination:***** Use job boards, social media, and other online platforms to source and identify potential candidates.* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.* Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and interest.* Assist with pre-employment processes, including coordinating with the processing team to complete reference checks and background verification.* Support new hire onboarding by ensuring smooth communication between HR, hiring managers, and candidates.****3. Employer Branding:***** Help promote the company’s employer brand through social media posts, career fairs, and community engagement.* Assist in organizing recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of candidates****4. Administrative Tasks:***** Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.* Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness.* Support senior recruiters with ad hoc projects and process improvements.* Special Projects and Other Duties as assignedLI-DNI## \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_## ****Required Qualifications:***** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).* Must be fully proficient (Advanced/Superior level) in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and French and be able to successfully demonstrate* Proven ability to formally translate professional HR documents from English to French with high linguistic quality.* 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields (internships or entry-level roles are a plus).* Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent****Preferred Qualifications:***** Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) Workday and Google Suite proficiency* Canadian Labor Law: Preference for candidates with knowledge of provincial employment standards* Sourcing Expertise: Advanced proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to source bilingual talent specifically within the Canadian provinces* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative* Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player**Our Differences make our Performance**At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
