Position is site-based in Red Deer. Success in this role is defined by delivering mechanical sheet metal projects safely, on time, and within budget. This requires strong attention to detail, clear communication with field teams, clients, and suppliers, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues efficiently. You are comfortable making decisions, asking questions when needed, and adapting in a fast-paced construction environment. Success also means supporting site teams, maintaining schedule and cost control, and contributing to positive project outcomes through teamwork and accountability.
