National Bank seeks a Banking Advisor with analytical skills and a friendly approach to serve branch clients through people-centric advice.
This Banking Advisor role supports Personal and Small Business clients with transaction, investment, financing, insurance, and estate planning needs. You will listen carefully, resolve complex situations, and provide appropriate solutions. Development includes training and the potential to obtain a mutual fund representative licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations
- Advise Personal and Small Business clients
- Offer transaction, investment, financing, insurance, and estate solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement
- Refer clients to specialist colleagues when appropriate
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent
- Mutual fund representative licence
- Obtain the licence within three months if necessary
- Advisory service experience
- Inclusive attitude and openness to diversity
