Customer Enablement Manager - German speaking Formalize Landry Office, New Brunswick, Canada As a Customer Enablement Manager at Formalize, you’ll shape how customers experience, learn, and grow with our platform. You’ll guide them post‑sale through onboarding, training, and adoption, ensuring they see measurable value fast and feel confident using Formalize. What You Will Do Own and manage the customer onboarding process, guiding customers from post‑sale to adoption to handover to CSM. Drive and deliver training sessions to support customer learning needs. Develop and maintain high‑quality enablement resources including user guides, product documentation, videos, and best practice resources. Continuously refine onboarding and training workflows to shorten time‑to‑value, improve scalability and enhance customer satisfaction. Take ownership in creating content for, and maintaining a Customer Knowledge Hub. Explore new learning channels and formats to create different learning opportunities for customers, whether within the product itself or via other engagement vehicles. Participate in the delivery of an end‑to‑end customer enablement journey, both through a high‑touch engagement and via tech‑enablement, scaled delivery channels. What You Bring Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way. Proven ability to design and deliver effective training sessions and build scalable learning materials. Project management skills with a structured and proactive approach to driving customer outcomes. A customer‑first mindset, with empathy, patience, and attention to detail throughout every interaction. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with digital tools for training, documentation, and workflow management (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, or similar). Native German skills Nice to Have Familiarity with GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA) or compliance‑driven organizations. Education or experience with instructional design, education methodologies and digital education delivery channels. What do we offer you?
