YOUR IMPACT As a Senior IT Software Developer within the Data and Analytics team, you will be at the heart of building out our Data, Analytics, and Reporting platform. You will work closely with developers, architects, and business users on crafting data solutions that support business needs and expand our data platform. With deep expertise in data solutions and report development you will add value and ensure that the data assets are developed according to our standards and best practices. Ideally you will be a self‑starter with a proven track record in similar roles at other data‑driven organizations. What The Role Offers Hands‑on development of data pipelines and reports Solutioning of data assets that support business requirements for decision making Ongoing improvements to data assets to support evolving business needs Experience in Microsoft Fabric, MS SQL Server, and Power BI Mentorship of junior team members Understanding, analysis, and troubleshooting of data toolsets Involvement in cross‑functional projects, working across IT teams Understanding the data tooling landscape and selecting the best solution for each task Working with IT to understand and follow the Change and Deployment process What You Need To Succeed Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in a data analytics field are a definite plus. Experience: 3+ years in a data developer role delivering data solutions. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data and ETL tooling, databases, analytics, and data visualization tools such as Power BI. Excellent SQL and Python/PySpark skills are essential, and strong Power BI skills are preferred. Experience with legacy MS stack including SSIS is beneficial. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex problems and produce solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Problem‑Solving: Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off. Salary Range: $90k – $105k. Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the posted range.
