In this role, you will lead facility operations, maintenance programs, vendor and contractor management, safety compliance, and financial performance while ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage facilities operations, maintenance, and lifecycle planning across assigned sites. Lead on‑site teams and contractors; ensure safety and compliance standards are met. Maintain strong client relationships and oversee contractual and financial performance. Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency response activities using CMMS systems. Support budgeting, reporting, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Post‑secondary education in business, technical, or facilities management. 5+ years of multi‑site facilities management experience. 5+ years of leadership experience. Ability to travel up to 40% and respond to after‑hours escalations. Eligibility for security clearance. Professional growth opportunities training support performance‑based advancement.
