Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist your team in getting the job done and support teamwork. Act with integrity, adhering to AEO’s policies & procedures. You’d Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people You have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
