Job Description:

Pryco Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Environmental Engineer/Scientist for conducting Environmental Site Assessments. In this role, you will support our assessment projects by coordinating various aspects of the assessment process, ensuring the smooth execution of assignments, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal team members to ensure that all aspects of the ESA project are aligned and executed efficiently.

· Conduct site investigations, including soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring well installation, and data collection, to assess potential environmental hazards and liabilities.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, standards, and guidelines throughout the ESA process, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals.

· Conduct Phase I, II and III Environmental Site assessments.

· Prepare comprehensive ESA reports detailing findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies and communicate results to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

· Implement quality assurance and quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected during site assessments.

· Monitor project budgets and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including field notes, laboratory reports, correspondence, and regulatory filings, to support project compliance and future reference.

· Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including field technicians, scientists, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

· Stay informed about developments in environmental regulations, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate new methodologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ESA projects.

· Foster positive relationships with clients through regular communication, responsiveness to their needs, and delivery of high-quality, value-added services.

· Facilitate the timely completion and closure of ESA projects, including report writing, documentation, invoicing, and client satisfaction assessments.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field to Environmental Science.

· Must have 1 to 3 year of experience.

· Diploma in the field of environmental science, is eligible to apply as well.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

· Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.

· Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

· Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Word and Adobe.

· Must have good report-writing skills.

· Must have a class 5 driver's license and must have his/her own car.
