Business Application Analyst III (Financial Crimes/Fraud Case Management) 5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 Line of Business: Enterprise Enabling Functions Pay: $65,600 - $98,400 CAD Job Description Reporting to the Senior Manager - Financial Crimes Case Management, the Business Analyst / Business System Analysis will be responsible for the delivery of use cases in support of the Fraud Case Management Roadmap. The successful candidate must be a self‑starter, a skilful collaborator with strong communication skills, and able to think outside the box to drive innovation and efficiencies. Responsibilities Requirement manager for assigned initiatives. Support business case development and analysis. Work with partners to ensure business teams adapt to changes by: Documenting requirements, processes, and test scenarios. Providing input to testing and tracking defects. Providing input to change management plans. Aligning operational readiness with program critical paths. Monitoring post‑implementation to ensure benefits are achieved. Stakeholder and partner relationship building. Educate teams on new processes introduced by case management features. Contribute to problem and event management, ensuring root causes are identified and resolved efficiently. Identify critical success factors and integrate cost, quality, and risk mitigation strategies into project plans. Perform root‑cause analysis on key business problems to identify optimal solutions. Focus on continuous improvement for existing processes, simplifying and maximizing work efforts. Qualifications 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis / Business System Analysis. Strong background in Fraud and Claims. Experience developing and implementing change using Agile, Lean, or comparable methodologies. Clear and transparent communication skills with attention to detail. Strong expertise in process mapping, flow design, and requirements gathering. Ability to influence and achieve results through negotiation, problem‑solving, and communication. Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams. Comfortable driving change and working with ambiguity. Working knowledge of change management techniques and practices. Working knowledge of Agile techniques and practices. Innovation, creativity, strong critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and problem‑solving skills. Proven time‑management skills with the ability to manage concurrent priorities. Department Overview Enterprise Protect consists of teams across North America that protect TD customers, colleagues, and shareholders from financial crimes and fraud. The Fraud Case Management team supports Fraud Management & Operations for TD Canada Trust, MBNA, and TD America’s Most Convenient Bank (AMCB).
