Role Description Enercare Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate cloud-native, containerized, event-driven applications on Microsoft Azure. This role involves working across the full software lifecycle—from architecture and development to deployment, observability, and optimization. You will collaborate closely with product, design, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure platforms that support Enercare’s customer-facing and internal systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Azure Container Apps, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, message brokers and queues, Docker/Podman, and application monitoring using Azure Application Insights, combined with deep knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and distributed systems. Qualifications Required Strong experience in Full-Stack Development using NestJS and Next.js / Astro Hands‑on experience with Azure Container Apps Experience with Docker and/or Podman for containerized application development Experience working with Azure Database for PostgreSQL Strong experience with message brokers and queues (Azure Service Bus or similar) Solid understanding of event‑driven architecture Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and software design patterns Experience using Azure Application Insights for monitoring and diagnostics Experience working in Agile development environments Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work in a hybrid, on‑site environment in Markham, ON Preferred Experience with microservices and distributed systems Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts (AKS exposure is a plus) Knowledge of cloud security, identity, and access management Experience with performance tuning and cost optimization in Azure Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Consumer Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Enercare Inc. by 2x Get notified about new Full Stack Engineer jobs in Markham, Ontario, Canada . #J-18808-Ljbffr
