Titre : Coordonnateur(trice) aux déboursés, Prêts hypothécaires résidentiels Statut : Permanent, temps plein Lieu : Montréal, QC Salaire : Compétitif + Bonus Responsabilités: • Vérifier les titres du notaire auprès du Barreau. • Vérifier l'exactitude de l'information, soit le nom du prêteur, l'approbation de la SCHL/de GE. • Communiquer avec le notaire pour confirmer qu'il/elle agit bien au nom de l'emprunteur. • Préparer et envoyer les instructions au notaire accompagnées de toute la documentation. • Faire un suivi auprès du notaire pour obtenir la demande de fonds. • Organiser le dossier de prêt. • Vérifier la demande de fonds du notaire. • Envoyer la feuille de déboursement de prêt au service de la comptabilité. • Envoyer au notaire une liste des conditions en suspens, la lettre d'engagement et la ventilation de l'avance du prêt. • Communiquer avec le notaire lorsque les fonds sont disponibles. • Faire un suivi auprès du notaire avant la clôture de la transaction. • Aviser le notaire que les fonds peuvent être déboursés. • S'assurer que toutes les conditions ont été remplies, que tous les documents ont été reçus et que le dossier est complet le jour de la clôture. • Fermer les dossiers dans le système et envoyer au service de la comptabilité. Pour plus d'informations sur nos services de recrutement, veuillez consulter le site Title: Mortgage Funder, Residential Status: Permanent, Full-time Location: Montreal, QC Salary: Competitive + Bonus Responsibilities: • Check with law society for entitlement of solicitor. • Check information to ensure accuracy, i.e., correct lender, CMHC/GE approval. • Contact solicitor to confirm that he/she is acting on mortgagor's behalf. • Prepare and send applicable instructional package to solicitor along with relevant documents. • Follow up with solicitor to obtain advance request. • Organize mortgage files in correct order. • Check the request for funds from the solicitor. • Send the mortgage advance sheet to the accounting department • Send the solicitor a list of outstanding conditions, mortgage commitment and mortgage advance breakdown • Contact solicitor when funds are ready • Follow up with solicitor prior to closing • Contact solicitor to advise that funds can be released • Ensure that all conditions have been met, all documentation has been received and that file is complete on the day of closing • Close files in the system and send to accounting department • Review solicitor mortgage documentation to ensure it corresponds to the terms of the commitment and is in compliance with established regulatory and company guidelines and policies • Escalate any documentation issues to the Mortgage Underwriter and/or Manager for review • Coordinate with mortgage accounting for the release of mortgage funds on a timely basis • Respond to all inquiries within the established turnaround times • Adhere to policies/procedures to ensure AML requirements are met. Experience: • Completed post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required • Previous experience within Financial Services sector preferred • Previous experience within Mortgage industry an asset • Working knowledge of PC software in a Windows environment required • Ability to maintain positive relationships • Strong aptitude for service excellence • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal • Ability to deal with conflict • Attention to detail • Organizational and time management skills • Positive team player • Fully competent in working with basic PC software and working knowledge of the suite of Microsoft office products • Ability to manage pressure in an environment of high volume processing with tight turnaround times • Bilingualism required - interactions with English and French speaking clients Thank you for your application; however, only successful candidates will be contacted.
