You will assist shoppers with their purchases, provide product information, and retrieve items from secure areas. Daily duties include maintaining store organization and promoting Walmart's services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with electronics product selection
• Provide detailed product information and answers
• Maintain and zone the sales floor effectively
• Promote Walmart Mastercard and Protection Plans
• Participate in complex product launches and training
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Commitment to outstanding customer service
• Knowledgeable about electronics products
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions
• Ability to adapt to store processes and promotions
