We have developed The Globe® Pulsed Field System and built strong connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System. This is an exciting milestone as we prepare for our upcoming commercial launch. As a member of the Systems team, you will gain hands‑on experience in the design and improvement of requirements, and in the continued development of highly complex medical devices in the rapidly changing field of electrophysiology. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team across multiple business functions, you will apply your analytical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems to facilitate effective medical device design control. Responsibilities Developing and improving product, user, and business requirements. Developing an understanding of design controls for medical device product development, and design transfer to manufacturing requirements. Supporting change control processes for mechanical and electrical hardware. Collaborating with other engineering teams including Risk Management, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Engineering, and Mechanical Design. Qualifications Enthusiasm for the combined field of biology and engineering. Strong background in mechanical engineering fundamentals. Excellent writing and documentation skills. Positive, proactive attitude and ability to execute tasks with a reasonable level of independence. Enthusiastic about seeking innovative solutions to unforeseen challenges. Demonstrated communication skills and success working in a team setting.
