At PCL's North American Headquarters, this internship focuses on enhancing financial systems. You will provide essential support by responding to service requests, updating documentation, and delivering training to users. The position is ideal for students with a background in business systems analysis or information management who aspire to grow in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot incidents
• Update training materials and system documentation
• Deliver web-based training to end users
• Assist with user acceptance testing and requirement documentation
• Configure analytics and reports in Power BI
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of SQL is an asset
• Pursuing a degree in IT, business systems analysis, or related field
• Experience in data analysis or technical writing is welcome
