Senior Tax Manager Location: Richmond, British Columbia, Canada Base Pay Range CA$130,000.00/yr – CA$160,000.00/yr We are recruiting a Senior Tax Manager for a well-established CPA firm with a strong focus on tax planning, advisory, and complex compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead tax planning and compliance for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals Deliver tax advisory work, including written memos and instruction letters Identify tax planning opportunities and special advisory services Research and resolve complex technical tax issues Stay current with tax legislation and case law Mentor and provide technical guidance to staff Maintain high-quality client service and communication Qualifications 3+ years of tax planning and compliance experience Experience with cross-border tax (Canada–US), including T106, T1134, T1135, FAPI, and surplus pools Working knowledge of the Canada–US Tax Treaty Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative, proactive, and client-focused Work Arrangement Vancouver office–based role Hybrid (2 days in-office / 3 remote) available after probation Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Accounting/Auditing (Industry: Accounting) #J-18808-Ljbffr
