Deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Calgary Stampede in Calgary through proactive service, clear communication, and knowledgeable event support.
As a casual-part-time Guest Ambassador, you will support the guest experience team across the organization. The position serves guests, volunteers, and employees through directions, information, feedback, and service programs. Flexible scheduling may range from zero to 40 hours weekly, based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with and assist guests
- Provide directions throughout Stampede Park
- Answer questions and locate requested information
- Receive feedback and resolve guest concerns
- Coordinate guest service programs and event requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and optimistic approach
- Experience managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments
- Previous guest service experience preferred
- Teamwork-based extracurricular or volunteer experience preferred
