As a Store Colleague, you will support a positive in-store experience through product knowledge, accurate scanning, and responsive service. You will maintain displays, assist with ordering, and help customers find what they need. No previous experience is required, and training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and respond to customer needs
- Maintain product displays according to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and company-directed promotions
- Keep department areas neat and safe
Requirements:
- Customer-focused, courteous approach to questions
- Attention to detail and collaborative working style
- Ability to work independently in busy surroundings
- Flexibility for varied departments, hours, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
