Help create clean, safe homes at Chartwell through detailed housekeeping and infection prevention. Support residents in a comfortable, sanitary environment every day.
As a Housekeeping Aide, you will clean resident suites, common areas, and offices. The work includes disinfecting surfaces, operating floor machines and robots, and following health and safety protocols. Your customer-focused approach supports residents and their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect resident suites, bedrooms, bathrooms, furniture, and kitchenettes
- Maintain cleanliness across common areas and offices
- Collect and dispose of garbage safely and efficiently
- Operate floor machines and cleaning robots
- Organize utility and storage rooms safely
Requirements:
- Secondary School education or relevant experience
- Previous housekeeping experience, ideally residential or healthcare
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset dedicated to exceeding expectations
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies
