Join us and become part of our multicultural and diverse team Position Overview We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to build fast, reliable, and user-centric web experiences at scale. You’ll own complex frontend systems end-to-end, influence architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers while partnering closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shipping high-impact features, cares deeply about performance and UX, and wants to help define frontend best practices across the organization. You’ll work closely with our engineering, product, and stakeholders to ensure that SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated into our architecture and development lifecycle. What You’ll Own and Drive Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend for talent.com features Own frontend architecture, technical direction, and long-term maintainability Enhance performance and crawlability — Optimize applications for speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility Translate product and design requirements into clean, accessible, and intuitive UI Collaborate with backend engineers on APIs, data contracts, and system design Lead code reviews and raise the overall quality bar of the frontend codebase Mentor mid-level and junior engineers Identify and drive improvements in tooling, testing, and developer experience Must-Haves 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong software engineering foundation. Experience in growth-led product organizations. Hands-on experience in TypeScript, Python, or Go, especially for backend development or automation. Deep understanding of how search engines crawl, render, and index modern web applications. Familiarity with React / Next.js, Node.js, or similar SSR / SSG frameworks. Experience optimizing large-scale, high-traffic sites — including handling crawl budget, canonicalization, and dynamic rendering. Proven ability to diagnose and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/FID) and page load performance. Skilled in log file analysis and excited to build and drive our monitoring systems and tool implantations. Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and HTTP fundamentals. Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments. Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Nice to Haves Experience building or maintaining a design system Experience leading large-scale, high-priority projects with direct business impact.
