How You’ll Make An Impact Reporting to the Supervisor, Recruitment, you will support full‑cycle hiring activities and strengthen our recruitment systems and workflows by: Conducting pre‑screen calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills and alignment with AMA’s culture. Building process maps and documenting recruitment workflows to ensure clarity and consistency across the team. Evaluating and implementing AI and digital tools to simplify administration, strengthen candidate pipelines and boost efficiency in talent acquisition. Supporting the creation of job postings and ensuring they accurately reflect the qualities needed for success. Staying informed about new recruitment technologies, process innovations and labour market trends. Supporting talent acquisition projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Serving as an ambassador for AMA, sharing our employment experience and total rewards with prospective candidates. What You Bring To The Table You have a diploma, degree or certificate in Human Resources, Business or a related field. You have experience supporting recruitment processes or administrative functions within a fast‑paced environment. You are comfortable using HRIS systems (Workday experience is an asset). You have strong technical skills and enjoy working with modern productivity tools and AI‑enabled platforms. You bring an analytical mindset, with the ability to document processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
