THE TEAM The mission of the Product Marketing Department is to iconify our product so that everybody wants to buy it. THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Product Marketing team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for translating product investments into strategic marketing opportunities that drive demand and maximize global recognition of our products. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Product Protection, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products, brands, and franchises are proactively protected and differentiated in the marketplace, while identifying and driving opportunities to develop world class naming, branding, and packaging systems. THE ROLE As the Senior Manager/Manager, Product Protection, you will lead the team to: Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience Identify and drive opportunities to own and defend our brand and product in the market Ensure our product is identifiable and to drive product education and brand recognition Seamlessly manage and measure our product marketing programs THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Manager/Manager, Product Protection, has: Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Product Marketing A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. We are always looking for top talent.
